We are hiring Assistant Manager Procurement

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute daily procurement activities for local and imported materials
  • Develop procurement plans aligned with company policies
  • Negotiate with suppliers to drive value and cost savings
  • Ensure timely availability of materials to support plant operations
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with sourcing standards
  • Handle import-related documentation, LC processing, and coordination with banks and clearing agents
  • Monitor market trends to support pricing and sourcing decisions
  • Support procurement projects and process improvements

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree – BBA or B.E. of any discipline.
  • Min. 02 – 3 years of professional hands-on experience in subject/respective area preferably in a large Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  • SAP/ERP knowledge (MM/MRP Modules)
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with import regulations and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Organized, with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative.
