Position : Head Baker
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Lead and coordinate baking operations across multiple hotel properties, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and product standards.
- Design and implement creative, seasonal, and guest-oriented bakery menus that reflect brand identity and market trends.
- Supervise and mentor bakery teams across locations, conducting regular skill enhancement sessions and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Manage cost control, production schedules, and hygiene compliance, maintaining optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation, enhancing the guest experience across all properties.
QUALIFICATION Diploma in Culinary Arts
EXPERIENCE 8+ years of relevant work experience.
