Monitoring & Reporting Executive
Experience: â– 1 – 2 years of Experience in Data Analysis
Education: â– BBA, Bachelor’s in Engineering & MBA
Desired Competencies: â– Good command on MS Excel, Power BI, emails drafting, must have technical background â– Excellent communication skills both written & verbal â– Knowledge of SQL queries would be a plus
Job Description: â– Maintain & update service management systems (OTRS) & ERP platforms (SAP) for accurate data reporting â– Ensure prompt onboarding & deactivation of machines or assets in relevant systems â– Extract & share daily reports on open & assigned service calls with the operations team â– Prepare (KPI) reports, such as regional performance summaries, for internal stakeholders â– Provide clients with requested data such as complaint logs, ATM inventory, or service history â– Compile & share monitoring reports including preventive maintenance (PM) records, repeat call analysis & PM-to-reactive call ratios â– Prepare analytical reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis for decision-making & trend analysis â– Oversee the documentation process for all preventive maintenance activities â– Manage the planning, execution & documentation of quarterly assessments for field engineers
