Responsibilities:
- Actively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate footwear products.
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and timely assistance.
- Learn and assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed, labeled, and properly organized.
- Assist in inventory management, stocktaking, and minimizing stock loss.
- Assist in managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and footfall reports.
- Document customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities for management review. → Career Progression: → Successful trainees may progress to permanent roles such as Assistant Store Manager, and eventually Group Store Manager.
