🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead end-to-end FTTX network operations, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Manage TAT & MTTR targets for quick fault resolution.
- Analyze complaints, lead new network deployments & motivate teams.
- Vendor coordination, shift scheduling & process monitoring.
📌 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, CS or related field.
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of FTTX experience, including 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
