Position: REGIONAL MANAGER IT
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead IT operations for the assigned region, ensuring seamless connectivity and infrastructure support.
- Manage a team of IT support staff across branches/units.
•Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
•Ensure uptime and stability of internet, VPNs, and internal communication systems.
•Liaise with vendors and internal departments for system upgrades and incident management.
•Maintain compliance with IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
•Coordinate with HO for ERP, infrastructure rollouts, and backup planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
•6–8 years of experience in IT operations, networking, and communications.
Strong knowledge of:
•Network protocols, routing & switching
•Firewalls and security systems
•Wireless and structured cabling
•Hands-on experience with troubleshooting servers, internet issues, and VPN configurations.
•Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or ITIL will be a plus.
•Experience managing multi-location IT operations.
•Ability to handle pressure and provide timely support in high-availability environments.
