Senior Manager – Financial Institutions Public Sector (FIPS & Market Risk Management)

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Candidates must possess a minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
➡️ Excellent Communication Skills
➡️ Knowledge of Bank’s Products
➡️ Should be proficient in MS Office
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Assist in conducting Behavioral Study, Assets Liabilities Management Framework (ALM) and Internal Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
➡️ Develop a market risk limit monitoring system to oversee exposures in foreign exchange, money market, and capital market activities, and escalate any breaches or exceptions as necessary.
➡️ Assist in the preparation and submission of various regulatory reports, including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Stress Testing Reports, and Liquidity Risk reports such as LCR, NSFR, and related monitoring tools.
➡️ Contribute to the execution of behavioral studies, the Asset-Liability Management (ALM) framework, and the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
➡️ Prepare and regularly update the process manuals to ensure alignment with current practices and regulatory expectations.
➡️ Support the enhancement and periodic review of market risk and liquidity risk management policies.
