International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented professional to join its Finance team in Karachi.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform daily financial transactions: verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivables’ data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
• Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting in SAP system.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or an equivalent degree
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 3–5 years in Accounts Receivables
SAP Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience as an SAP user
