MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER – HR DIGITALIZATION
The Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack with Next JS.
- Integrate TypeScript to enhance code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Utilize TanStack Query for efficient server-state management and data fetching.
- Build and maintain components for our HR dashboard, ensuring intuitive and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
Requirements:
- Education: BS in Software Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Skills: Proficient in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Tan Stack Query for state management.
- Tools & Practices: Experienced with Git/GitHub, REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus), Agile, and CI/CD workflows.
- UI Libraries: Familiar with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI for modern front-end development.
