Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual looking to grow in a fast-paced sales environment? Ahmed Foods (Private) Limited is seeking a Sales Officer to join our team and support nationwide sales operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily with customers across Pakistan to ensure smooth communication and service. Manage order processing and invoicing through SAP with accuracy. Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of delivery orders. Plan and track dispatches in coordination with the logistics and warehouse teams. Verify and process claims received from the sales team or customers.
Requirements: Intermediate, having experience in related field. 4+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector. Hands-on experience with SAP is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
