RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct site survey in conjunction with the instructions of M&P Engineer/TM/MER after receiving land documents.
To prepare initial layouts in accordance with the survey by giving due considerations to the site conditions & Business Requirements.
To amend the initial layout as per the Business Requirements & Government Rules & Regulations.
Prepare DC NOC drawings as per the approved layout plan for onward submission to various government departments.
Preparing explosives drawings for the tentative explosives approvals before site construction as per the approved final layout.
Preparing a complete set of the construction drawings and dispatching to the concerned M&P Engineers for site construction.
Timely preparation and submission of the amendments/supersession’s layouts of existing Explosive Construction Approval to the Explosives Department.
To arrange ammonia prints for the submission of DC NOC, BPA and explosives drawings.
Assist M&P Engineers & Engineering Manager in developing detailed signage’s and construction drawings for all structures.
To keep safe record keeping of the engineering documents, layouts, approved drawings and explosives licenses.
Custodian of all types of drawings related to retail outlet. He will keep full record of different versions of any layout.
