Manager Budgeting and Cost Control
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY: The job of Manager – Budgeting & Cost Control has been established for the purpose of direct reporting to the Group G.M. Budgeting and Cost Control regarding Group and department level Budget Planning, review, evaluating, developing, implementing departmental KPI’s, measuring financial and operational performances. Manager – Budgeting & Cost Control will supervise for determination of Test / Services Cost and its pricing decision. Liaison with Finance, Accounts, Corporate and other department for providing information and serving as a resource to others, achieving defined objectives by planning, and Maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines, and serving as a member of the leadership team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing the appropriate templates to prepare the budget by all concerned departments.
- Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process.
- Responsible for financial analysis in areas like Sales, Margin, Inventory, Store space, etc. on periodical basis and prepare the analytical reports for management action.
- Analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
- Budget preparation and effective budgetary control.
- Review and modify (if require) the controls needed for data collection and cost reporting systems.
- Analyzing actual costs of hospital services, comparing standard costs to actual and preparing periodic reports on variances.
- Submitting budget reports to the higher management of the organization for further scrutiny and approval in accordance with the approval policy.
- Consolidating the budget for budget presentation and also providing an overview of the financial status of all the operations.
- Ensure controls to avoid purchasing unneeded inventory which may increase the carrying cost and block working capital.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Proficient with Management reporting and Communication Skill
- MS Office and Advance Excel
- Power BI
- Data Analysis
- Oracle ERP
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: ACCA / CA.
- Work Experience: At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Asst. Manager Budgeting / Cost Control / Account.
