We’re hiring: IT Support Executive
Key responsibilities:
- Provide desktop/laptop and user application support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues (hardware, software, printers, network)
- Manage service desk tickets via the ticket management system (TMS)
- Monitor IT systems, including those at retail stores
- Maintain IT assets inventory and support IT service monitoring
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Qualification:
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong understanding of IT networks, systems, and hardware
- Familiarity with printer troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
