Manager Operational Technology (OT) We are seeking dynamic and results-driven IT Professionals to join our team at our Plant Site, Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT from HEC recognized University
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in positions related to IT/OT service management
- Actively participate and lead projects in the area of security governance and building target IT/OT security operating models.
- Manage security transformation projects by designing and implementing organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT (Automation/Engineering), Security and IT teams.
- Establish and improve organization’s cybersecurity operations in the area of industrial control systems.
- Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in the area of security operations, governance and target operating models.
- Experience in developing and executing incident response plans alongside knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443) and other regulatory requirements.
- Relevant certifications in OT/IT security would be preferred
