WE ARE Hiring BRANCH MANAGER – SARGODHA OUTLET
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION: Minimum graduate – preferably MBA in Marketing & Sales from an Accredited Institution. EXPERIENCE: At least 5 to 6 years of experience in Retail Fashion Industry. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience at outlet managerial level. ATTRIBUTES: Excellent sales and customer service skills, Interpersonal skills and managerial skills. JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops sales strategies and action plans for the outlet in consultation with Sales Team and ensures their implementation. Plans and develops annual and seasonal targets by category, products and SKUs for the assigned outlet in consultation with the Retail Head. Develops the operating and capital expense budget for the assigned outlet and submits it to the Retail Head for review. Monitors the daily and monthly sales target of the outlet and individual sales staff and takes timely corrective and preventive action for improvement. Provides product knowledge, operational assistance, support and guidance to the sales staff to help them achieve the targets. Ensures that all the available products from the inventory are on display.
