WE ARE HIRING! HSE MANAGER
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead HSE training sessions and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety across all departments.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a similar HSE leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.) is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
