Creative Lead
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing marketing materials and execution across all platforms (digital, print, in-store, OOH) • Develop and oversee 360° campaign concepts/strategies for seasonal promotions, brand partnerships, and product categories • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and digital teams to align on objectives and KPIs • Handle multiple design projects and prioritize based on urgency and impact
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Campaign success rate (based on engagement, sales uplift, or footfall) • Turnaround time and quality of creative outputs • Innovation in campaigns and ideas introduced quarterly • Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness (marketing, digital, PR)
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or related field • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a creative role (retail/FMCG preferred) • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of brand strategy • Strong storytelling, team management, and presentation skills • A creative portfolio that demonstrates impact, originality, and leadership

Visual Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute in-store visual displays, planograms, and seasonal setups across all categories (FMCG, apparel, crockery, toys, electronics, etc.) • Ensure all product displays are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and marketing campaigns • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to roll out promotions and thematic campaigns in-store • Regularly audit stores to maintain high visual standards and consistency • Train store staff on visual display maintenance and VM SOPs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Timely execution of visual campaigns/store setups • Compliance to planogram guidelines across stores • Increase in category-wise footfall or sales post VM activity • Quality and consistency of visual standards across stores • Innovation in display concepts and seasonal merchandising
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field • 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising (retail experience preferred) • Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of consumer behavior • Hands-on with VM tools, store layouts, and visual storytelling • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations for setup and audits
