What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferably in Marketing) or Bachelors / Masters in Textile Engineering
Experience: 3-4 years in the Home Textile Industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of “Greige Fabric” and processed fabrics, including bleaching, dyeing, printing, and garment washing.
Proficiency in calculating consumption of made-up items for markets like the USA/UK, including multi-piece comforter sets, embellished comforter sets, bedspreads, sheet sets, quilt covers, and pet beds.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and monitor customer relationships.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage operational processes effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the marketing team in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational processes and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Leverage your expertise in textile products to support accurate consumption calculations and product development.
Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
