MANAGER SALES
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Developing positive relationships with clients.
- Acting as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolving conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Responding to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
- Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Tracking sales account targets, aligned with the company objectives.
- Monitoring sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors or Masters from reputed University.
- At least 3-4 years of technical sales experience.
