LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, Sukkur Campus

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage and oversee all payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update employee records related to payroll, such as salaries, bonuses, deductions, leaves, and attendance.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, social security, and other statutory requirements.
Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and submit payroll reports, including salary registers, tax filings, and audit support documentation.
Coordinate with HR teams on leave balances, promotions, and salary revisions.
Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and sensitive payroll information.
Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or local HRMS).

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

Solid understanding of payroll practices, taxation, EOBI/SSS/Gratuity, and legal compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR-related data analytics.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of employee benefits administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Work Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
