QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (FURNITURE FACTORY)
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years’ experience in quality control (preferably in furniture manufacturing). LOCATION: SIALKOT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee quality assurance for leather furniture, sofas, armchairs, and built-in foam products.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control standards at all production stages.
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Identify defects and quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Develop quality checklists and SOPs for consistent product standards.
- Train and supervise QC staff to maintain high-quality output.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
