LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, KEAMARI CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and change management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in talent acquisition by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in designing and implementing OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support the execution of training and development programs, including identifying needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training impact.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
- Assist in performance management by supporting goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Work on change management initiatives to help drive a positive workplace culture.
- Support succession planning and talent management strategies.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving attitude.
- Effective & efficient presentational & Communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Well versed MS office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to develop training material professionally & creatively.
- Well groomed, punctual, result oriented and smart working.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: BS / BBA / BPA / MBA / MPA in relevant field.
- Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing Cheques / Cash requisition.
- Posting of Bank payment Vouchers / Cash payment Voucher in Oracle Financial.
- Posting of Bank receipt Vouchers / Cash payment Voucher in Oracle Financial.
- Recording of all invoice in Oracle Financial.
- Bank & intercompany account reconciliation.
- Any other task assign by HOD.
- Coordinating with relevant department to address the invoice related quires.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to effectively work within a team or as a manager.
- Familiarity with productivity tools, including MS Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Graduate / Prefer Master’s degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in related job.
