Indus Group of Companies, a leading yarn manufacturer and exporter, is expanding its Treasury Team and looking for talented professionals to join us in the following roles:
🔹 Manager Finance – Treasury
🔹 Assistant Manager – Treasury
🔹 Treasury Executive
Manager Finance – Treasury
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
✅ Ensure cash flow management and treasury operations for optimal liquidity
✅ Develop and implement treasury strategies, policies, and procedures
✅ Monitor and manage group-wide cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements
✅ Oversee banking relationships, including negotiations and facilities management
✅ Ensure timely debt servicing, fund transfers, and financial reporting
✅ Supervise the treasury team and ensure compliance with internal controls
✅ Coordinate with finance, accounts, and audit teams for seamless treasury operations
✅ Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management
Qualification:
ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in Textile/ Manufacturing/Banking sectors or export-based organizations
Assistant Manager – Treasury
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support the Manager Treasury in cash flow forecasting and analysis
✅ Monitor day-to-day bank transactions and fund movements
✅ Assist in the execution of investment decisions and FX management
✅ Maintain records of loans, bank guarantees, and other credit facilities
✅ Coordinate with banks for routine matters like account operations, documentation, etc.
✅ Prepare treasury MIS reports for internal review
🎓 Qualification:
ACCA, CA (Part-qualified/Finalist), MBA (Finance), or CMA from a recognized institution
5–7 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably within Textile/Manufacturing/Banking sectors
Treasury Executive
Key Responsibilities:
✅Handle daily cash management and payment processing
✅Maintain updated bank reconciliations and transaction logs
✅Assist in preparation of cash flow statements and treasury reports
✅Liaise with banks for routine documentation and queries
✅Record and track fund transfers, collections, and disbursements
✅Provide support in month-end and year-end closing related to treasury
✅Ensure accurate and timely data entry into treasury systems
🎓 Qualification:
BBA/B.Com (Finance/Accounting) or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution
3–5 years of relevant experience in a finance or treasury role preferably within Textile/Manufacturing/Banking sectors
