Currently we are looking for sparking individuals to fill the following position:
SHADOW TEAM LEADER GRANULES PRODUCTION
Job Summary: The Shadow Team Leader Granules Production supports the production team in overseeing the granules manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and product quality compliance. This role involves close coordination with multiple departments, including Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Research & Development (R&D), Packaging, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance. The incumbent will assist in optimizing production efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising granules production & ensuring SOP compliance
- Coordinate with QC, QA, R&D, Packaging, Warehouse & Maintenance
- Support production reporting & documentation
- Ensure quality control & regulatory compliance
- Manage teams & optimize resource allocation
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in agrochemical granules production
- SAP & MS Excel proficiency
