We are seeking a Deputy Manager Sustainability to lead sustainability initiatives, carbon credit projects, and environmental compliance efforts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in carbon credit generation, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage methodologies for carbon credit generation, monitoring, and reporting in compliance with Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) and other frameworks.
-Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to estimate carbon credit production.
-Create and manage Project Design Documents (PDDs) aligned with carbon market requirements.
-Maintain and enhance the environmental reporting platform to meet evolving business needs.
-Develop methodologies for environmental sustainability indicators as per GRI, TCFD, TNFD, ISSB, GHG, and CDP standards.
-Prepare reports and datasets to support decarbonization, water conservation, and waste management.
-Manage carbon emissions data collection to align with global reporting frameworks and drive sustainability initiatives.
-Establish guidelines for decarbonization, water management, waste reduction, and carbon credit generation.
-Utilize Life Cycle Analysis tools and ISO14021 standards for project evaluation and compliance with environmental regulations.
Skills:
-Proficiency in Sustainability Reporting and Carbon Credit Frameworks.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Fluent in English with excellent report-writing ability.
-Proficiency in MS Office.

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Projects (Civil) to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience with construction standards, safety regulations, and industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
-Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
-Oversee procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.
-Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
-Maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns to meet deadlines.
-Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and design layouts.
-Utilize MS Project for project planning and AutoCAD for design reviews, shop drawings, and layout planning.
-Work closely with cross-functional departments to align project activities.
-Ensure compliance with industrial construction standards and regulations.
-Coordinate the proper installation and integration of industrial systems, such as piping, equipment, and electrical infrastructure.
-Act as the primary point of contact for all civil-related matters, providing regular updates to management.
