Nishat Linen is one of Pakistan’s leading fashion and lifestyle brands, known for its quality, elegance, and innovation. As we expand into new product categories, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Category Lead – Fragrances to drive the growth of our fragrance line and bring fresh energy to our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and optimize product assortment.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and sales teams to develop promotional plans.
- Monitor category performance and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and price positioning to enhance market share.
- Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and stock optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging fragrance brands.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Category Management, preferably in Beauty or Fragrances.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of fragrance industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and category management tools
