Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager – Industrial Chemicals for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to sustain business growth, expand the customer base, and support new product development. Conduct training and educational programmes for the Sales team and key accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales, prescription, and market share targets.
- Monitor, document, and report competitor activities within the territory, recommending effective counter-strategies.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to direct and indirect clients, ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Oversee recoveries and manage outstanding customer payments in alignment with Company policy.
- Conduct market and product surveys to identify gaps and develop strategic responses accordingly.
- Meet regional sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure efficient forecasting and maintain optimal stock levels.
