BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure optimal stock levels to meet business demands.
o Maintain desired stock availability across all locations.
o Monitor performance on a daily, weekly, MTD and YTD basis.
o Evaluate profitability across Central, South and North regions.
o Develop strategies for stock clearance and optimal inventory turnover.
o Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
o Align inventory with promotional campaigns to maximize impact.
o Ensure precise stock distribution and timely replenishment.
o Facilitate smooth store operations by aligning demand planning with retail needs.
o Assist stakeholders in making informed in-season decisions.
o Suggest price reductions for specific product categories to enhance sales and minimize losses.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
o Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Experience in retail or demand planning roles is a plus.
