WE’RE HIRING Department Manager – Warehouse – Mardan
JOB Description:
- To count, sort or weigh incoming goods and verify receipts of items against delivery note.
- Record and check incoming goods in conjunction with purchase order and specifications.
- Responsible for stock keeping and reporting damages, shortages & expiries.
- Responsible for checking the tax, MRP, Discounts and other Trade Offers.
- Maintain the proper record for claims and purchase returns.
- Comply with audit requirements as may be raised from time to time.
- Supervise cleaning of the goods receiving area and maintain it in an immaculate state.
- Define the appropriate stock codes to deal with natural rebate.
- To continuously identify the potential improvement areas for the overall system.
- To ensure regular stock counts as per the requirement of the head of department.
- To ensure that all potential threats that can lead to stock damage are under control.
- To report any incidence of damage to the functional head.
- To supervise all activities of the reporting staff.
Qualification & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Responsible, willing to learn, result oriented.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and inventory management skills.
