Job Description:
- Optimize existing partnerships while exploring new verticals and revenue-generating opportunities across retail, non-retail, and service industries (including restaurants and food chains).
- Work with brands to discuss and develop use cases for in-app advertisements or offline marketing channels, helping them achieve visibility, brand recognition, and strong ROI during campaigns.
- Oversee the Ancillary Business P&L, ensuring both top and bottom-line targets are met consistently.
- Build, maintain, and retain a strong portfolio of brands in the FMCG and Non-FMCG sectors, positioning Krave Mart as the preferred e-channel for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Design and align Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with FMCG brands to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and effectively through strong alignment with internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
✔ 4–5 years of relevant experience in advertising and partnerships function.
✔ Proven experience in managing and optimizing partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue from new channels.
✔ Can-do attitude and go-getter personality.
✔ Stakeholder management is a must.
