Senior Manager – Credit & Recovery
We are seeking energetic, dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team at Head Office, Lahore.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- CA Finalist with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Recovery & Back Office Operations
- Manage sales and recovery accounts for dealers across the country
- Create a credit scoring model to assess risks
- Review customer concerns, fostering strong customer relationships and exploring new market opportunities to increase market share.
- Conduct monthly analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) from sales officers to zonal heads, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in performance enhancement strategies.
- Collaborate with regional sales heads to analyze and monitor sales officers’ market visit plans.
- Review and strategize over monthly sales and recovery trends, guiding the sales team in overcoming challenges and enhancing performance.
- Analyze recovery and sales performance on a zone, area, and individual salesperson basis to meet targets.
- Monitoring of controls relevant to the sales in accordance to the standard operating procedures
