Mezan, a leading name in the edible oil industry in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Refinery
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete refining process, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
*Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for product innovation and improvement. - Prepare and manage budgets and operational reports.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in #ChemicalEngineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in #edibleoil #refining, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
