𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Cluster Manager – Direct Sales (Business Development Channel)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Karachi & Swat
𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 Assistant Vice President
𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 As per market norms and individual experience
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Direct Sales Manager, Team Lead, or a similar position in the banking sector.
➡️ Proven team management and leadership skills.
➡️ Excellent communication skills.
➡️ Training and development expertise.
➡️ Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
➡️ Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is a plus.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Lead and manage a team of Business Development Officers (BDOs).
➡️ Enhance team communication, sales, and lead generation skills.
➡️ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
➡️ Provide training and development initiatives to improve team performance.
➡️ Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
➡️ Drive business growth for the Business Development Channel.
