M&P Express Logistics Pvt Ltd Jobs AM Recovery:AM Recovery required at M&P Express Logistics (KHI) with 5- 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
a. Managing the credit function and overseeing the credit control function
b. Leading and motivating the respective recovery team to achieve collections targets
c. Overseeing the effective collection of company recovery.
d. Managing relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposure to potential bad recoveries.
f. Implementation of Credit Risk Policies and Procedures.
g. Introduce and evolve effective reporting
h. Preparation of weekly cash forecasts including customer collections.
i. Reporting to the concern on a monthly basis regarding outstanding accounts.
j. Processing and generating reminder letters to relevant customers
k. Coordinate with the sales and accounts department for rapid resolution of outstanding queries.
l. Daily and monthly reporting and account reconciliations.
m. Investigating and resolving queries relating to nonpayment invoices.
n. Account allocation with each collector as per policy.
p. Reconciliation of collection and recovery MIS
s. Review daily performance and its discussion with team.
