𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 .
- Having good command on features phone sales.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets, conduct performance reviews, and promote a collaborative work environment
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Ensure stock availability to retailers through effective coordination with MD management, aiming for maximum market coverage and optimal product placement.
- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Regularly compare sales targets against achievements, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure effective placement and utilization of POS materials and oversee visual merchandising to enhance brand visibility and store appeal.
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Defining and executing territory sales plans.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 4-5 year of Sales experience in Mobile phone industry.
- Excellence communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good team handling skills.
