Position: Business Manager (Lahore)
At PayPro, a leading fintech in the payments space, we’re looking for someone who can help us expand our business and market share across Pakistan. If you’re a go-getter with a knack for generating new business leads and building sales pipelines in the SME/Corporate segments, we want to hear from you!
What we Expect from you:
- Expand PayPro’s business and market share in the payments facilitation space.
- Make calls, set up meetings, and generate new business leads.
- Build sales pipeline in the SME/Corporate segments.
- Perform market research to identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth.
We are looking for a teammate with:
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Track record of expanding business portfolios with diverse sectors in Pakistan.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Detail-oriented with a no-compromise attitude.
- Relevant technical sales and corporate banking experience preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- Track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient with MS Office for reports/presentations/updates.
- Ability to work under pressure and devise strategic sales goals.
Experience: 2-3 years as Business Manager
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
