Job Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with industry best practices and economic trends to provide relevant insights to the company.
Lead the annual budgeting process across all regions/departments and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
Monitor and analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insightful reports to senior management.
Develop long-term financial plans in line with company objectives.
Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from planned budgets and recommend corrective actions.
Provide financial modelling and analysis to support business strategies and investment decisions.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and investment opportunities, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and risk evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop comprehensive feasibility reports.
Advise on financial implications and risks of business decisions based on study outcomes.
Manage financial aspects of major projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Provide financial support and analysis during project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Liaise with department heads and senior management to communicate budgetary updates.
Present financial reports, feasibility studies, and forecasts to the Board of Directors or executive committees as required.
Ensure that budgeting and planning processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for greater efficiency.
