- BE/BSc. in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- 2-3 Years of Experience mainly in the renewable energy sector
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the operational and maintenance (O&M) teams across the project site to ensure effective and efficient asset management.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of energy assets, implementing strategies to maximize efficiency, reliability, and uptime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular site assessments to evaluate asset condition, identify maintenance needs, and implement improvement measures.
- Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all operations comply with local, regional, and international standards and regulations, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Generate and present detailed performance reports, maintenance summaries, and strategic recommendations to senior management and clients.
