Security Supervisor
Admin & Security Department
(Mill Based Position – Port Qasim)
Education & Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to retired Army personnel who have exposure to the manufacturing industry, particularly in the security department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain alert and vigilant regarding all security-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation of guards deployed in the mill or move during executive protection.
- Make the guards aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Check the serviceability of weapons and ammunition issued to guards.
- Ensure posts do not remain unguarded and guards deployed as per guard deployment policy.
- Endorse remarks about the overall standard of guards in the “Security Inspection Register.”
