Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a similar position within a bread industry.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, Team building skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Decision-making skills, Organizational Awareness
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional sales team to ensure achievement of company’s sales revenue and product wise targets according to company’s business objective and Primary & Secondary Sales Targets.
- Achieve annual sales targets based on region’s potential, business need, market trends and sales forecast.
- Sales Analysis of the region – doing it sector wise / brand / SKU wise.
- Monitor wastage and motivate team to remain within the assigned targets.
- Monitor competitor’s activities, reporting to head office and counter attacking in the market.
- Regular monitoring of target / Sales / waste & Sharing / presenting in monthly meetings.
- Ensure Availability / Visibility / Assortment KPIs in the region through sales team.
