SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates to fill the following project posts under the Development Project “Strengthening and Capacity Building of Wildlife Department for Conservation of Wildlife in Punjab” on a contract basis.

Senior Manager Projects (PPS-10, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 45 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Project Management / Construction Management / Natural Resource Management / Civil Engineering / Engineering Management or a relevant field. PMP, Prince2, Agile, CAPM, or similar certification preferred.
  At least 5 years’ relevant experience.
Senior Manager Architecture (Sustainable Design) (PPS-10, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 45 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Architecture or a relevant field.
  At least 5 years’ experience in sustainable architecture design / environmental or nature-based projects. LEED, Green Globes, Mostadam, CCM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Senior Manager (Procurement & Contracts) (PPS-10, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 45 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Civil Engineering / Law / Contract Management or a relevant field.
  At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
Senior Manager (Eco-tourism Development) (PPS-10, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 45 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Environmental Science, Policy, Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in eco-tourism, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable tourism project development.
Manager Finance & Administration (PPS-9, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 40 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Finance / Accounts / Commerce / Business Administration or ACCA / CA / CFA / ACMA / CPA or a relevant field.
  At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
Assistant Manager Structure (PPS-8, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 40 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Civil Engineering / Structure Engineering or a relevant field.
  At least 5 years’ experience in designing building structures.
Assistant Manager (Artificial Intelligence) (PPS-8, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 35 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 14 years’ education in a relevant field such as business, marketing analytics, or computer science.
  Certification in AI or data science (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified AI Practitioner) is required, with experience working with AI-powered tools and technologies.
  Knowledge of AI concepts and terminology, and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in AI-related projects.
Assistant Manager (MEP) (PPS-8, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 40 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant field.
  At least 3 years’ relevant work experience.
Document Controller (PPS-7, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 40 Years)
- Qualification & Experience:
  Minimum 16 years’ education in a relevant field.
  At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Senior Graphic Designer (PPS-7, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 45 Years)

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Architecture / Fine Arts / Information Technology / Computer Science / Graphic Design or a relevant field.
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in 3D Architectural Models, Renders, Sketches, etc.

Architectural Assistant (PPS-6, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 40 Years)

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years’ education in Architecture.
At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.

AutoCAD Designer (PPS-6, 1 Post, Maximum Age: 40 Years)

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Diploma of two years in Architecture / Civil / AutoCAD.
At least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.

Important Instructions:

Applications must reach the office of Director General, Wildlife & Parks Department, 2-Sanda Road, Lahore, by registered post or courier service before 09-10-2024. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
Positions are offered on a contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
These positions are Lahore-based but may involve travel to project sites.
Applicants working in Government / Semi-Government Departments should apply through proper channels with the requisite N.O.C. from the competent authority.
Applications should be submitted on plain paper with attested photocopies of academic records (degrees/certificates), experience certificates, computerized ID cards, and two recent photographs.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
Recruitment will be made according to the relevant rules/policies of the project.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for tests/interviews, through separate letters/SMS/calls.
No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview attendance.
Candidates must produce original National Identity Cards, educational transcripts, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to not fill any vacancy.
Interview dates may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
