🔍 IPAK is Hiring: Assistant Manager – Power Plant 🔍

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Report to the Technical Manager & Manager Power Plant.
2. Support Shift In-charges in performing their duties.
3. Execute instructions from the Manager as per operational and maintenance planning.
4. Ensure smooth operation of the power plant and maintain equipment in good working condition.
5. Manage spare parts inventory for all power plant equipment.
6. Prepare daily and monthly fuel oil consumption and energy generation reports.
7. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance per manufacturers’ recommendations.
8. Manage manpower for the Power Plant department.
9. Ensure stock levels of fuel oil, lubricants, and chemicals.
10. Handle any additional assignments as instructed by the Manager.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. B.E in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience in the power sector.
2. 6-8 years of relevant experience
3. Strong knowledge of Gas engines (Caterpillar H Series), electrical systems, heat recovery, absorption chillers, and solar systems.
4. Expertise in energy generation calculations and power plant operations.
