WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER (PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the management of sample requests and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of samples for reviews and approvals.
- Maintain and update product information in the merchandising database, including costs, styles, and inventory levels.
- Work closely with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure that product specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Help monitor the quality of samples and finished products, providing feedback to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform product development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in merchandising or product development, preferably in the apparel industry.
