Job Description
The Head of Section for Taxation will manage all tax-related matters for Lucky Motor Corporation, ensuring compliance with local Tax Regulations. This role involves providing strategic tax planning, managing tax compliance, and advising senior leadership on the tax implications of business decisions. The role requires expertise in direct and indirect taxes, tax advisory, and representation before tax authorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s tax strategy to optimize tax efficiency across all operations.
- Identify potential tax savings opportunities and develop plans for effective tax planning.
- Provide leadership in tax planning for both direct and indirect taxes to ensure tax-efficient processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare and review all tax-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop detailed tax reports for senior management, providing updates on tax liabilities, savings, and ongoing issues.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- CA/ACCA Qualified
