Description
- The Sales Coordinator/Planner for Export Sales is responsible for managing the entire export sales process, from order placement to shipment. This role includes planning and coordinating export activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and providing excellent customer service to international clients/team. The Sales Coordinator will also work with internal teams, such as logistics, production, and finance, to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to overseas markets.
- Ensure accurate data entry of orders into the system.
- Timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Plan and forecast demand for export products based on sales trends and customer orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure product availability.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Related Field
- 3+ years in export sales coordination, international logistics, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) for order processing and tracking.
