Skills Required:
- Prepare quotations / Hold Covers/ policies / cover notes / endorsement & amendments
Maintain record for respective policies
Coordinate / corresponding with branches representative to obtain information, resolution of quarries etc.
•Prepare cover note / policy (for prescribed period) after agreed terms of estimated quote and pre-inspection (if required) and generate schedule, certificate of insurance and invoice (if required) from system and send to client directly or through agent after obtaining approval from the superior and file the documents for record.
•Check clients’ background information and financial status for generating KYC
Coordinate with clients / agents through telephone, fax and email, etc. to obtain information regarding policy or any matter regarding insurance
•Receive co-insurance policy and slip check agreed share percentage and prepare UIL share for the respective co-insurance policy, obtain approval from superior and file the same for record.
•Check for any changes in policy in terms of endorsement(s), enter details of amendment(s) in system and then generate renewal notices for various types / classes of insurance to be approved by superior for onward submission to agents / clients.
•Maintain policy numbering register with details of clients, such as, date, policy number, name of insured, sum insured, type of policy, gross and net amount, agency number, receipt number and date and co-insurance detail(s)
Check and receive instruction(s) from superior to generate renewal statements at least one month prior to expiry of policy
Provide services for window takaful operation as well.
•Ensure the smooth running of all operations activities and relationship management.
Daily review of Fire insurance policies / Cover Notes issued by all over branches of UBL Insurers
