HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Fabric & Accessories Warehouse In-charge” to join our team.
Job Title: Fabric & Accessories Warehouse In-charge
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fabric and accessories warehouse.
Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of materials.
Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of fabrics and accessories.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the purchasing and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
Train and supervise warehouse staff.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail warehouse management.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
