Experience: 4-5 year relevant

Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who are experienced in User operation, group operation and marketing research.

1. Help to do research on users and generate related report.
2. Plan and implement operational strategy for an event or a project, and generate reports based on events.
3. Modelling insights gained from user research into formats to enhance organizational understanding of our users – such as personas and user journey maps.
4. Working with managers as required to devise appropriate research strategies to generate focused insights and to convert concept into high quality stimulus material.
5. Interested in mobile phone industry.
6. Able and willing to do field survey and test in different cities occasionally.
7. 2-3 years experiences on user operation/group operation, or event planning/marketing research.
8. Proficient English level. (Be able to generate reports and speak fluently)

Qualification:

⭐ Must have a bachelor’s degree
