JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Assist in managing end-to-end product delivery lifecycle including SIT, UAT, pilot execution, and production deployment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align tasks with product delivery timelines and dependencies.
- Monitor and document technical product flows and ensure operational readiness across all phases.
- Track and manage change requests (CRs), test outcomes, and issue resolution in collaboration with tech and QA teams.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for visibility on delivery progress and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience in the payments domain, with understanding of payment solutions and technologies.
- Proficiency in APIs, QA processes, computer networks, and sandbox environments is required.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills with experience working across diverse teams.
