Job Title/Grade: Jr. Officer / Officer / Associate Service Quality
Department: Special Projects
Qualification: Bachelors (Minimum)
Location: Karachi
Experience: 1 – 4 years of experience
Reports to: Manager Administration & Service Quality
Main Responsibilities:
· Identify and communicate the need for change
· Business process re-engineering: Understand and document the current working process in detail (review, document and assess critical business processes)
· Identify opportunities for improvement that positively impact up-stream and down-stream business partners.
· Assist in preparation of Service Quality Manual for 1LINK
· Review & update/modify existing and to prepare new inter-department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Assist in creating the Service Quality culture between the departments and provide training for the improvement
· Prepare reports and dashboard for management review.
· Assist in execution of Operational Excellence framework – through implementation of Kaizen/TQM/Servqual/Six Sigma/any other tool, as directed by the Management
